Bright Beginnings Advocacy and Consulting is a professional educational advocacy service supporting students with disabilities and their families. We guide parents through the special education process, help develop strong IEPs and 504 Plans, and advocate for appropriate educational services, accommodations, and placement.
No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We are experienced educators and advocates who use our knowledge of special education laws (IDEA, Section 504, ADA) and years of teaching experience to empower families and support students.

We work with families of students with disabilities of all kinds—including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and more. We believe in supporting neurodivergent students and all learners with unique needs.
Yes! We attend IEP and 504 meetings virtually or in-person (depending on location) to help ensure your child's needs are fully represented and your voice is heard.
As a nonprofit, our goal is to make advocacy accessible to all families. We offer flexible pricing, including hourly rates and service packages, and do our best to work with families’ needs and budgets. During your free consultation, we’ll discuss options to ensure support is available regardless of financial circumstances.
Yes. Bright Beginnings Advocacy and Consulting proudly supports families across North Carolina. At this time, we do not provide services outside of the state.
Our team is made up of licensed educators and specialists with backgrounds in exceptional children’s education, school counseling, and academic leadership. We have years of experience working directly in schools, writing IEPs, and collaborating with families and service providers.
